♫ We will be replacing one of our servers on Friday, 26 June 2009, starting at 10:00 US Central time (UTC - 6 hours). We expect the downtime to last up to two hours with some interruptions lasting for up to 8 hours after the new server comes online, as the new server will be rebuilding much of its software. During this 8-hour period it is likely the entire service will suddenly become unavailable without warning, or encounter serious errors during use.
During the initial downtime a second server replacement will also take place, this is being done at the same time to minimize downtime. The second server replacement will not have any lasting effects. ♫♥
♫ The Trading Fee has been removed if you are trading with the system account (Varus Online) or an NPC. Other than this update, Trading Fees are still the same as before. The new Fee Table looks like this:
- 25 Gold between two non-premium accounts (50 Gold total).
- 15 Gold between one non-premium and one premium account (30 Gold total).
- 10 Gold between a non-premium account and the system account (20 Gold total).
- 5 Gold between two premium accounts (10 Gold total).
- Free between any account and an NPC or system account.
- Free between your own accounts.

♫ I've just added a spiffy new bit of code that adds a bit of color to item names. But, item names aren't just colored at random, there's an order to this madness!
Common items are "regular" items. These are available in shops and only cost Gold and/or Silver.
Uncommon items are available in shops but include King's Silver in their price tag.
Rare items are only available during events and may be handouts, prizes, or in the Mystical Portal shop.
Limited Edition items only cost King's Silver and are available in Mystical Portal for two months.
Here's some examples of each item type mentioned above, if you click on them it tells you the type of item it is (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Limited Edition):

Welcome Bar:
The Welcome Bar is the bar that shows your Member Name, money count, and the clock. There are two options available that change how it is displayed to you. The default option is "Sticky" which makes it always appear at the top of your browser window, the "On Page" option places it under the header where it stays and can be scrolled off the screen. The options for the Welcome Bar are located in your Profile, under the Profile tab, Profile Settings panel, » Reading section.
Varus Online looks best on a 1024x768 screen with 24 bit color, or better
